For the 2019 model year, you don't have to be Ken Roczen to enjoy a CRF450R with factory enhancements, as the new CRF450RWE features a number of upgrades based on the bikes in the Team Honda HRC race shop. Rocketing to the top step of the podium through the use of a specially designed cylinder head with hand-polished ports, Yoshimura titanium slip-on muffler, and special ECU settings, this new model offers increased low- and mid-range torque. It also features the same graphics as Roczen's No. 94 race bike, including a Throttle Jockey factory seat cover. Upgraded black D.I.D LT-X rims are included, along with black triple clamps and a gold RK chain. Titanium nitride-coated fork legs and an updated, titanium nitride-coated shock shaft increase traction and bump absorption.

KTM 2019 models
KTM has three 2-stroke models in the range for adult riders. The two-stroke line-up consists of the 125 SX, the 150 SX and the 250 SX.
The two first models are strongly related to each other, given the small difference of 19 cc. The 150 SX therefore has a displacement of 144 cc and is especially developed for overseas markets. Although you can also use it here as a two-stroke alternative in the MX2 / 250cc class. In addition, it is possible to make a 125 SX from a 125 SX by replacing only the cylinder head, cylinder and piston.

KTM gives the two-stroke models a redesigned frame for 2019. In addition to more rigidity, the new frame must also improve the maneuverability and straight-ahead stability of the machines. The machines will now also have a slightly longer subframe and also the swingarm has been redrawn, so that the rear wheel can now be pushed backwards by 5mm. Other components such as the saddle and the tank also received a new design.

Also in 2019 KTM's four-stroke sub-gamma will consist of three models: the 250 SX-F, the 350 SX-F and the 450 SX-F. Like the two-strokes, they were given a reworked frame, subframe and swingarm.
Furthermore, the saddle, the petrol tank and the bodywork were redrawn.
On a mechanical level, all four-stroke models received a new coupling with steel diaphragm, a revised gearbox, and a redesigned throttle body.
The four-strokes also received a new lithium-ion battery for the electric starter and a corresponding re-engineered cable harness.
The engine management system was also taken care of. Traction control had the KTM motocross engines before, now they get launch control on top. In addition, you can also choose from different engine caps. All of this is operated via the push buttons on the left half of the steering wheel.

The cylinder head of the machine was also completely redeveloped, resulting in a new single overhead camshaft with improved valve timing.
